Project: Decoration Works
The Decoration’s and Coatings team carried out a full external and internal re-decoration of the premises. This project ran for 8 Weeks alongside other contractors. We all had to work as team on this one to ensure the project was planned efficiently and effectively.
Overall, the end finish was of an extremely high standard. The clients were delighted and led to future works being instructed.
EXTERNAL AND
INTERNAL UPGRADE
All existing trade areas were fully re-decorated and transformed to give a new refreshing look. The premises had volumes of wooden paneling and features. The team managed to restore and revive them all to give a visually stunning finish. There was a new extension built and refurbished to a high standard and finished beautifully by the painting operatives on the job.
GROUND
FLOOR WORKS
In addition to the ground floor works, the team carried out a full re-decoration of the first-floor facilities including the male and female washrooms and lavatories. The new staff room facilities were added and installed with an elegant mural to give the staff a relaxing area to wind down and eat.
The team worked to the interior designer’s specification which had multiple changes throughout the course of the project. This was particularly challenging at times as we had a strict deadline to work towards, however with good project management, the completion date was still achieved and the JUMA Decorations & Coatings team finished to a high standard and the end results were fantastic.
